Along with its dynamic and interactive digital experience over the past 10 years, Uppower Ltd is committed to generating mutual benefits to end users and online sellers. Currently, Uppower Ltd directly representing major international manufacturers in garment, personal care, household goods and cardboards categories as well as providing analytical and technical support for more than thirty International brands on E-commerce and digital ecosystem.

Uppower Ltd, set to become one of the leading platforms for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands in Europe, announced its investment in 2021 for e-commerce brands internationally. The targeted companies are primarily active in ready-made garments, socks, home & living, sports accessories and personal care product sectors.
With this investment push, Uppower Ltd UK is pursuing its goal to become the one of the largest procurers of direct-to-consumer brands in Europe.

The company aims to be ranked among the top market sellers on Amazon globally but also to generate the majority of the revenue outside of Amazon, mostly through its own direct-to-consumer webshops. This opens up great opportunities for new upcoming brands, especially in the European region, where the e-commerce market is particularly fragmented. Amazon have a comparatively low market share of around only 10% (Source; Statista, 09/2020).

Uppower Ltd UK has strong competitive core brands such as Aytuğ Socks, Balmy Personal Care Products, WRX and AURA. These companies despatch over one million items per year. The founding team have developed the company using the Amazon platform whilst also building up their own online channels to drive revenue. The company has been profitable since day one.

Mr Kılıç has spent substantial amount of his career in market research, sales and marketing fields for multinational companies. He has been involved in setting online/offline sales/marketing channel strategy for various international companies. He is a member of board for another large scale sales/marketing company and oversees daily UpPower operations. He is based in London, UK.

Arvinder S. Sood

Co-Founder - Director

Mr Sood is a director of UpPower Ltd (“UpPower”). He is a former banker and a venture investor as a Limited Partner in a technology fund based in Silicon Valley in the United States. He advises senior management of companies on strategy and sits on the board of companies. He brings a wealth of governance and strategy experience in support of UpPower Ltd.. He is a graduate of Yale University where he read development economics.
